INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to fulfilment of the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: the Regulation), JetSim would like to inform you about the rules of personal data processing:
I. Data Contoller
The data controller is Horcha Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with a registered office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki at ulica Sadowa 21 (05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, Fourteenth Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entry number KRS 0000371294, holder of tax identification number NIP 5291788833, statistical number REGON 142689307, with the share capital amounting to PLN 5,000, represented by: Adam Boniecki – President of the Management Board and Elżbieta Boniecka – Vicepresident of the Management Board.
II. Personal data categories
The information concerns personal data obtained in a different way than from the data subject. JetSim processes the following categories of data: identification data, address details and contact details.
III. Objectives and legal basis for the processing of personal data
Personal data can be processed by JetSim for the following purposes:
- to perform and subject to the agreement to which the data subject is a party, whom the data concerns or to undertake actions at the request of the data subject (the legal basis for the processing of personal data in this regard is Article 6 (1) b of the Regulation);
- for archival purposes (evidence) which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (legal basis for the processing of personal data in this regard is Article 6 (1) letter f of the Regulation);
- for the purposes of recruitment of people interested in working or co-operating with JetSim (the legal basis for the processing of personal data in this regard is, respectively, Article 6 (1) (c) and Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation),
- o implement agreements with legal entities who are interested in co-operation with JetSim,
- in order to contact people who leave their data by e-mail.
IV. Information about the recipients of personal data
The data are intended for JetSim and may be transferred to the following recipients:
- the entities and authorities to whom JetSim is obliged or authorized to disclose personal data on the basis of the generally-applicable laws,
- the entities which process personal data of the data subject on behalf of JetSim and on the basis of the contract concluded with a Law Firm entrusting it with the processing of personal data.
V. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to demand their correction, deletion, transfer, limitation of processing, subject to the terms of the Regulation. To the extent in which the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of the legitimate interest of JetSim, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the authority supervising compliance with the Regulation if there is a suspicion that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data.
VI. Source of data
The information concerns personal data obtained in a different way than from the data subject. Your data may come from the principal (in the case of a power of attorney granted), a statutory representative, as well as publicly available sources (e.g. databases and registers: register of statistical number REGON, Central Register of Economic Activities (CEIDG), National Court Register).
VII. Transfer of personal data to a third country In justified and necessary cases, in order to perform the agreement (e.g. implementation of your contractual instructions), and in cases where the transfer of personal data is necessary, JetSim may provide your personal data to entities established outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VIII. The obligation to provide personal data Providing the data is voluntary, however, the refusal to provide the data may hinder or prevent proper performance of the service or contract, including the prevention to perform legal obligations, such as those concerning financial and tax issues.
